At The Salty Shell, each item is handcrafted and made from genuine oyster shells. Because every piece is unique, we ask that you carefully review product descriptions and photos before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect item ordered
Natural variations in oyster shells, including size, shape, texture, and coloration

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
